Inventory of Hazardous Materials (IHM) was introduced in 2009 Hong Kong Convention for the Safe and Environmentally Sound Recycling of Ships. It is a Register of Hazardous Materials that are on board a seagoing vessels.

IHM – DO I NEED IT?

All ships over 500GT are obliged to have a properly verified IHM with competent Certificate or Statement of Compliance onboard, as of December 31st 2020.
