Job Summary:
ICS SOLIX Environmental Consultants GP, a technical firm dedicated to providing Environmental Compliance & Performance Consultancy to maritime community , is seeking an Engineer to join our team as an Environmental Compliance Specialist. Vacancy involves working with our Technical Department, contributing to our mission in assisting our clients achieving compliance against Environmental legislation.
What you will do
- Hazardous Materials Management
- Review Purchase Orders done for vessels, according to IHM (Inventory of Hazardous Materials) Regulatory Framework
- Collect & Assess IHM-related Documentation from Suppliers
- Update IHM Part I of vessels
- Emissions Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor and report under EU & UK Monitoring, Reporting and Validating (MRV) Regulation and the IMO Data Collection System
- Develop Emissions Report for vessels

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in environmental engineering will be considered an advantage.
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
